About the club

Building the stoke

Baseline Mountain Biking Club is a nonprofit club given stewardship of Baseline Mountain.

We build and maintain all trails to the Whistler Trail Standard making sure we build for sustainablity.

Our trails are world famous and have been featured on popular youtube channels like the Loam Ranger

We recently visited David Thompson Country, where we also highlighted the Baseline Mountain Biking Club. Our stay allowed us to explore the vicinity, particularly the enchanting Cow Lake area. We affectionately refer to this destination as the one-stop adventure shop because it's the go-to place for adventurers gearing up for their excursions. The Cow Lake Store & Resort provides a wide array of services and products, including fuel, propane, general store items, and dining options, making it ideal for anyone's outdoor needs.

The resort boasts 10 cabins, with five accommodating up to four guests, three suitable for six, and two spacious enough for 8 to 10 people. Our video captures the cozy atmosphere of cabin #9, where we found comfort during a glorious weekend in June. Just a short drive away lies the Cow Lake Campground, offering camping facilities and magnificent lake views. The lake features several docks and a day-use area equipped for both boating and fishing activities. The area is family-friendly, complete with a large beach, a cooking shelter, and multiple playgrounds.

Our coverage includes the 8th annual poker rally, supported by David Thompson Country, where we joined over 100 riders in a full day of trail riding in pursuit of prizes. The video showcases breathtaking summit views, impressive jumps throughout the open areas, various trails, and the vibrant spirit of the mountain biking community.
